The game play of the Galaxians is quite simple. Swarms of aliens gather to attack the player’s ship that moves from left to right on the screen. The ship is able to fire by default, but rather sparingly. As soon as the enemy is hit, the ship is able to rearm itself. The player needs to defeat swarm after swarm of enemies but as soon as one swarm of enemies is destroyed, another more aggressive set of enemies enter the next scene to combat the Galaxship.
